1. Rental Eligibility

Renters must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license.

Drivers under 25 years old may be subject to an additional fee.

A valid government-issued ID and payment method are required at the time of rental.

2. Payment and Fees

Full payment is required at the time of rental pickup.

We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments (restrictions may apply).

A refundable security deposit may be required, depending on the vehicle rented.

Late returns may result in additional charges.

3. Insurance and Liability

Renters are responsible for all damages, accidents, and traffic violations incurred during the rental period.

Optional rental insurance is available for purchase to cover accidental damage.

Personal auto insurance may be required to rent certain vehicle categories.

4. Vehicle Usage Restrictions

The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities, racing, towing, or off-road driving.

Smoking and transporting hazardous materials in the vehicle are strictly prohibited.

Any violation of these terms may result in additional charges or termination of the rental agreement.

5. Fuel Policy

Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup.

If the fuel level is lower, a refueling charge will be applied.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup may incur a cancellation fee.

No-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

7. Roadside Assistance

24/7 roadside assistance is available for mechanical issues.

Flat tires, lockouts, and battery jumps may incur additional service charges.

8. Return Policy

Vehicles must be returned on the agreed date and time.

A grace period of 1 hour is provided; after this, late fees will apply.

9. Privacy Policy

Personal information collected during the rental process is kept confidential and used only for business purposes.

We do not sell or share customer data with third parties.

10. Amendments to Terms

Revit Rent A Car reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Customers will be notified of significant changes before they take effect.
